I go above and beyond to give you the best inspection possible. I'll make every effort to walk on the roof because there is no substitue for seeing it up close and personal with my own eyes. Dirt crawl space? I'll be in there. Tiny scuttle hole access to the attic? I'll be in there too. And whether there are three rooms or forty inside I will go through each and every one of them. By the time I'm through, you will know more about the house than the people who lived in it for years.

I am 34 years old and married to an amazing woman with whom I have two crazy but wonderful little boys. I'm college educated, with a Bachelors Degree in Sociology from the Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and AHIT trained and certified, North Carolina licensed (#5337), and fully insured to perform professional home inspections. Being based out of New Bern allows me the flexibility to reach much of eastern North Carolina and service Beaufort, Carteret, Craven, Jones, Pamlico and Onslow counties.
I provide ongoing professional, high quality service from the moment you book your inspection. I will explain all of the different aspects of the home in great detail. Pointing out the major flaws and the tiny defects, making sure to highlight the concerns that are immediate and those that require monitoring and budgeting for the future.
My services don't stop after delivery of the report. If you have any questions I encourage you to contact me. After all, your report is my product and it is my job to ensure that every client has a full and complete understanding of their inspection report.
